When you want to have a healthy hair, start it with your scalp. First and foremost, see to it that you don’t have dandruff. Yes, it is not easy or it is not easy to find a solution with treating dandruff believe me, I too is having a hard time. Most of my friends said that I should stick to one shampoo and I did that and it still the same. Some of my friends said that I should use varieties of shampoo every week and I did that too but still it does not treat my dandruff at all. But this is just minimal though because I saw a woman who’s flakes is really sticking her hair and it is gross! I don’t want my hair to becoming like that!
Flakes on scalp is not normal at all, but it would normally showing up when you are so much stress. It is because your scalp is shedding even more dead skin cells. But if the flakes are just bigger than normal, you have to be alarm because you might have a fungus overgrowth, eczema or psoriasis. When you notice your flakes are like that, then contact a dermatologists right away to treat your scalp right away! Remember that healthy scalp would lead to a healthy hair.
