It is not easy to sleep so early. I mean I used to sleep like 10:00 p.m. or at 12 in the midnight but I can’t do it now since I have to wake up at 3:45 in the morning. I do always count my hour to sleep and when I only have like 5 hours I feel like I have loss to sleep. And I would feel groggy when that happens I would feel very sleepy at work and I sometimes could not concentrate what our trainer is talking about. It’s Monday and I thank GOD that I was able to sleep last night with Faith, when I counted my sleep it was 7 hours and not 5 hours. And so I feel complete. What about you?
