The park nearby when we stayed at the hotel last weekend has an aerobics program. But I wasn’t aware that they would start as early as 5:30 a.m., I thought they would start at 6:00 a.m., so I ask my husband to just wake me up at 5:45 a.m. When I arrived at the park, the people there who were already exercising sweats a lot already, II jogged first for 2 rounds then I joined the group. We danced for like 30 minutes and when it’s finished I jogged and walk again for 3 rounds. I planned to go there early on Sunday but my allergies strike me again at dawn so I was not able to wake up early. This week, I will be going to the gym and I planned to do that 3 times in a week. I hope I will be succeeded this time and will not be lazy anymore to go there.
