My friend just said that I am becoming obsessed with workouts recently including belly session, she even asked if I am preparing of something, and I just laugh! Ever since there’s a change of my life, like I am not going with my previous circle of friends, I always want to do aerobics. And since today is Thursday, my time devotes here in my belly session but on Friday I will go to the gym to do some aerobics. I am not obsessed with it but I realized it is a good feeling when you sweat and you love what you are doing so after I dropped Jm off to the training, I would drive down to the studio and be sweat. Oh I just love my life right now!
