A Hundred Years To Live

I am still not feeling well, my headache continues until today. You know the feeling of having a heat stroke that I posted in my other blog; I am still having that feeling. I know my conclusion is so irrelevant knowing that I am as healthy as Hercules, oh well I am a bit fat but at least I can say that it would take me a hundred years before I die. But sometimes, I feel like I am getting so weak especially yesterday, I was scared to sleep because I thought I may die or some sort of nerves in my brain will not function at all. What will happen to my kids? I don't want them to be like me when I was just a kid who has no parents to talk with, to share with or to laugh with. I am really afraid to die not just yet until I can say my kids can stand on their own feet. What am I thinking? God will always be there for me, I believe he would never leave me and I know from the very bottom of my heart that he would give me more years to live with my husband and my children.

Eating Three Times at Dinner

Due for not feeling well tonight as my head still aching, I got up from a short nap and ate like three times, I know it was not good and I know I keep on making a promise to myself to get hold off my appetite because I am seriously getting big. But I feel so depressed that I need to release my stress, having a short nap was not enough at all so I ate too much. I am bloated and for sure, tomorrow would be a disaster if I would try to wear some of my fitting jeans, geez when could I get my figure back? I really need to lose weight I mean seriously.

Kung Fu Panda 2

We went out yesterday to watch a movie Kung Fu Panda in 3D. Yes, it was a bit expensive but we have so much fun so it was worth it. Even though was not able to watch it wearing 3D the whole time because the rubber band cut off.

The Dragon warrior and the Furious 5 has to go to China to save it from the villain Peacock, and the only way to defeat him is to find his inner peace. But could he find the inner peace when he just found out that his father is not his real father.

Camera Critters # 1: Snake

This is my first entry for Camera Critters, I tried to look for Saturday meme and I am thankful I found this meme. So anyway, here's my first entry, this was my niece and my friend when we went to a park here in the city. I found the snake so gross and so scary so I did not try to pose with it but my niece and my friend find it so amusing.

Let It Go

When you are not happy anymore to where you are right now, can you still endure to stay and pretend that you are still happy?

When I was still looking for a job before, a friend offered me that their office is in need of a payroll officer. I applied for it, and since I was recommended by my friend, I was hired. Little did I know that it would be one of my reasons not to befriend her anymore? Because if we are inside of that office her approach is different, she seems like she was not my friend at all. When we have task we need to attend to she will not help but if she has some works she needs to finish we were there for her.

Then as the days go by, the minor disagreements and argues became big until our friendship and my work were affected on that company. I feel like the ambiance is not good for both of us anymore so I decided to resign because I was simply not happy.

Thus, if you are not happy even you would say you have sacrifice everything, if you find discomforts for where you belong right now, you better let go, don't wait for the worst.

Nostalgia # 7: For This Upcoming School Year

I am not well today, my stomach is aching I have to ask Mj to buy me a medicine outside for my stomachache to be well. Anyway, before I would sleep let me just post my entry for:

Indeed, time flies so fast; this was faith when she was only like an hour old at the nursery. She was still so fragile; I sometimes get worried if I would hurt her when she's in my arms. Yet, she knows when I am near because she would try to look at me, as if trying to say "hi mama"

She was only 4 months old at this picture; we were trying to get her an outfit for our beach party, which I missed this summer. We were not able to have fun at the beach since we are so busy preparing for her sister's competition.

This was last year, look at how she has grown so fast. And her contagious smile, I asked her to smile for the camera and obviously she gave me a bright one.

Oh, let me ask you, where did the time goes by? Now she is so ready for school this June. I am so excited to send her at school and witness this new adventure of her life. As a SAHM I could never ask for more, thank you my husband for this opportunity you offered me, surely it is not always easy being a Stay at Home Mom, but I enjoy this career much.

Watery Wednesday # 22: Ice Tea

Most often than not, we always ordered Ice Teas and not soda unless if it really gets too humid. But last week when we were invited for a dinner, we all ordered Ice teas. My daughter was so happy because she doesn't have to drool over for a soda since she is not allowed to drink one. It said that soda can make them heavy when they swim.

Tornado in Missouri and Typhoon in the Philippines

We were so shocked to see how devastated the tornado in Missouri, it size was really big, they even called it the monster tornado.

One of the establishments that were hit by the tornado was a school building, in which graduation rites were held. It was only like after 30 minutes that they were done with the graduation rites, suddenly the tornado strike on them. One student was missing and they are still trying to find him now. One hospital was hit too, the toll death rises up to 116, and some residents were still missing, and the rescue is still on going at the Joplin Missouri.

If they are worried about the tornado, we are also worried of the super typhoon here in the Philippines, which it would land this coming Friday. The government agencies are working so hard for the people to get ready, life boats were also prepared, and some of the residents were also preparing their homes. I really hope that those places where the storm could land will not be that affected and I hope there are no severe floods this time.

Thanks To My Niece!

I am so glad that my niece Moreen is here because she is a great help for sending my daughter to her training while I have to run some errands. And because she was the one sending Mj to the pool this morning, I was able to go to LTO to renew the registration of my car. Maimai, the former owner of the car recommended me who would be the person I should contact in regards in such matters. Therefore, it was not hard for me to approach someone to help me with my documents and where to go since the one who's my friend recommended was the one who would settle all the papers. I just have to bring the car by tomorrow for the emission test and the stencil; I hope I will not encounter any problem with it.

Potluck Party

I am so happy that I belong to this group; we don't have to be so cautious of our actions because everybody understands everyone. Well, actually the group will never shattered when the leader just know how to gather the subordinates or supporters without making a story behind that would look like the other one be the culprit. The leader should be the one to be the mediator of the people concern not adding an issue with an issue. And last but not the least, whatever the expenses that would incur or will be incurred should be clarify and should be settled not only by one but by everyone. One should listen and has to be broad minded so to remain the group intact. And if somebody would ask then answer it with all honesty that should be the character of a leader.

While He Deserves Negative Feedbacks, His Family Does Not

What if your husband would cheat on you and the worst is the other woman is only within your household. I guess Arnold Schwarzenegger had a lot of explaining to do not only to his wife but also with all his supporters. I used to admire the way he acts in the big screen, I was even admired him of his big muscle, his abs and his being so fit and macho, I was even wondering if he ever uses a best creatine supplement before to make him this big. But with this issue he is into right now, him and his wife's mere concerns are there kids, so they asked the media not to invade their privacy. Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger knows that he deserves criticism and negative feedbacks while his family deserves peace and should not be tormented by this. I believe that the actor Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger would cope up and would be making films again in the future and his fans would look forward to that.

Unfair Rules

I was so surprised to know that the company I enrolled for my driving lesson impost very not fair rules.

I enrolled myself for driving for 10 hours and that is supposedly 5 days, for 10 hours, the fee I have to give them are P 4,990.00 I don't have problem with that concerning they provided me a hard copy for the fees and the hours they would served me.

But when I called them over the phone today to tell them I could not be there because I have to attend a meeting, plus we had a potluck party we held at the pool. Then I asked them immediately if I could have a one more day for that, since I could not use the hours, that is supposedly today. The in-charge on the other line, immediately told me that I could not have the one more day because the hours today would be counted for my driving session. I was pissed, how they could be so unfair, to the fact I have paid them in full before my driving session starts. Now the plan to refresh my driving there is cancelled, I could not take to deal with an office who impost a very unfair rules for the customers.

The Hottest Ever

This summer is dreadfully the hottest ever; staying outside even just an hour would make you so sweat all over. This made my acne's spread so fast at my back, it is indeed so itchy but they said I should not scratch to avoid infections. With this weather, I must recommend myself to take an acne vitamin, could you suggest one for me? It should be affordable and effective though for we have so much we have to take care this month. On the other hand, maybe it would be also advantage for me to go to a facial spa to treat myself, but that would be when everything is settled. Since right now, we got a lot of expenses we need to attend to, but for today, I think I've spent more than of what my budget is, geez I need to be very watchful otherwise we will be starving.

Breakaway

My legs are still numb, my husband told me that maybe I was sitting so tense while driving the reason of my pain legs. And I am also tired I guess I need to have a break by tomorrow plus we also have a potluck party at the pool tomorrow in the celebration of our two swimmers who just joined the Palaro. It would be a fun time event for all of us, this time I am certain that, there will be no issues anymore. Maybe being a breakaway serves us the best.

Nostalgia # 6: Dress

I bought this dress in the year 2006 to attend my friend's wedding; this was taken in waterfront hotel. I was still so slim at that time and I guess this doesn't fit to me at all. Since I don't like to buy a new dress and since there's only one time that I wore this dress, I wore this again on my friend's wedding on 2009. Below were the pictures.

This is my ever first dress ever since and was my favorite one but as I said before, I am not fond of wearing a dress so I gave this one away.

She Is Fond Of Listening Some Music

My daughter is into music, whenever she hits the bed to sleep, she always wear a headphone to listen some music on her cellphone. She could even memorize some songs; I just don't like her to listen the song of that bratty singer. Anyway, since she always used her headphone every night, it tends to be damage easily. There were numbers of headphones she bought already but they were always damaged, so I am not sure if there is a high quality headphone for her to use long term. Then I learned from my friend that before buying a headphone for Mj we should make or have a thorough check with the headphones in the mall if that's brand is durable. She suggested for us to read some headphone reviews over the Internet or we can actually asked somebody who used a certain brand for a long time thus we will not be wasting our money for some quality less headphones. Right now, she could not hear her favorite songs in the cellphone yet since we still didn't buy her one maybe after our trip or when the school classes begin.

Watery Wednesday # 21: Jogging On The Water

When my kids and her team mates finish the training last week, I saw these group of students just started their drill at the pool. I thought they were swimmers and would join for swimming competition that's why they were there. But later I noticed that they were really not swimming like the swimmers used to do but they were just jogging, walking or just done some activity on the water. So I thought they were having a training for CAT (Citizenship Advancement Training) for senior high school, I am not sure though.

The Uses Of Challenge Coins

Coins make great collectibles. Of course coins based currency are become valuable overtime, but I am talking about commemorative coins or those with company or unit or organizational logos, motto's and seals on them. My husband has several of these, mainly because he served in the military and unit coins are some of the most challenging coins to make.

One tradition of the Army is to see if somebody has a unit coin that was presented to them. If the person does not have the challenge coins, he will often have to buy drinks for those present. He tells me that one of the most important things about choosing a mint for your coins, is to make sure that they will provide you with a sample of their work. It is one way to compare the quality and workmanship of what you wish to purchase. Some of the coins are very nice and the workmanship is excellent. They are very nice when they are displayed properly you just have to make sure Mj and Faith don’t take them and think they are money.

Hermes Bag

Oh well I need a new bag since my bag's zipper is always getting me a problem, it just won't close sometimes, oh no, not sometimes but most of the times.

Can I ask for a new Hermes bag from the world champion Manny Pacquiao? How I wish, I am Mommy Dionesia so I can just ask a bag worth a million right away on my birthday. LOL

Anyway, I just found out that aside from Mommy Dionesia there are some celebrities who are multi millionaire that could afford to buy a million worth of bag and one of them who owns a Hermes bag is Sharon Cuneta. Oh well, of course she's one of the richest and wealthiest here in the Philippines who owns number of mansions. Can I be KC Concepcion instead? Nyahahaha!!!

Chest Pain

After swimming, I sent Mj to her Kumon. Then I went out to pay my water bill and deposit some money in my savings. I returned to Kumon to fetch her but she did not finish it yet. So I sat down to one of the benches there and read my book. After a while, as I feel so sleepy, I took a nap in the corner bench as some of the mothers were also sleeping. I was resting for like an hour when suddenly I woke up with a little pain in my chest. I wanted to continue sleeping, I did not even gotten up because I was really so tired but later I feel so uncomfortable anymore. So I got up, I hope this is nothing or maybe I am just so tired why I feel that unusual pain, well, anyway after a while, it went away. But I did not feel sleepy at all.

That would be my personal FB, I deleted my Networked Blogs to my other FB profile then I transferred it in my other FB. Judgment Day?

I have seen a billboard here in our city that said May 21 is the judgment day, recently I just read a fiction book entitled "Left Behind" it was about the rapture, at 11:00 p.m., people who have a good heart and the souls were taken, only their clothes were left behind. Now, I did not really mind the billboard saying that on May 21 would be the judgment day. But when I open the yahoo news today, the May 21 announcement has spread over the internet. Although the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines of CBCP refuted the end of the world prediction, they even said, they could not even predict the earthquake accurately. Well, they have points there but what caught me by surprise is the article via Washington post.

Jesus will return and the righteous will fly up to heaven, leaving behind only their clothes.

That was the same plot or scene in the Left Behind series that I read. I am having goose bumps reading this and this recalls me of the book I read few months back. I hope that it remains as a fiction, I am not sure if I am ready for the world to end.

Safer Investment

Some things in do not lose value but even as they age. Precious metals or coins may increase in value as time goes passes. To buy silver coins or buy those made from may be a wise investment. Stock and Commodity markets are often volatile and when we invest in them we are placing our money at risk. The return in stocks or commodities can be rewarding, however if a stock fails then you could lose most if not all of your investment. Precious metals, like silver tend to increase in value over time. It is a safer investment. What do you think?

Watery Wednesday # 20: Glitters Like A Diamond

It was only after an hour when I noticed that the pool that my daughter's swam the other day glitters like diamonds. When the nature works, you would find each object so amazing and beautiful. Thus, I would share this one to all of you.

Clogged Nose

Jm was not able to swim yesterday since I have some errands I need to attend to; I didn't expect it would get her sick. She suddenly has a clogged nose this morning, I thought it is nothing but she keeps on complaining about it while training. This evening when I arrived home from seeing some friends, she told me she had a slight fever, her temperature was 37.7 degree. She took a paracetamol right away. Her fever was gone but she still keeps on sneezing, I told her to take an Alnix, a medicine for allergy. I think she should skip her training by tomorrow so her colds would stop and will not pursue.

Affidavit of Guardian

When we arrived at the NSO this morning, the line is so queue as I then realized that the birth certificate NSO copy could also be requested in the city hall so I dragged my niece there. The line was not long but we can't get that at that time yet, they have to send the requests at the main office. Therefore, we can claim the NSO copy tomorrow yet but since my niece is still minor we have to request an affidavit of guardian, I didn't expect that they would ask something like a letter from a lawyer to prove I am the guardian. Because when we requested for that before, they didn't ask anything, as long as you are together with the requester, and as long as they would recognize you as the guardian verbally, you have the right to claim the paper.

Now this is another announcement to those guardians of their niece, nephew, cousin, etc. When you request for some authentication at NSO, and when they are minor yet, you should ask for affidavit of guardian from any lawyer. And send it to the NSO office so you can claim your relative's authenticated NSO birth certificate.

Greetings From Me To You

I know this is a double celebration for all of us; Manny did it again, congratulations to all of us. And since today is Mother's Day, I might as well greet my sisters, my Auntie, my cousins and friends a Happy Mother's Day!

Mindanao Toy Convention

My friends and I went to the mall today and we found out that there's a Mindanao Toy convention there. They displayed a lot of anime toys even the sales force was wearing anime, we even saw someone's wearing a sailor moon. We had so much fun, good thing I have my camera with me to take some pictures, thanks to my friends because they posed with those in charge in costume with no hesitations.

We Were Both Tired

I am so tired today that when I put F to sleep I fell asleep also; I think I was the first one who feels so droopy. Good thing, there's a post options that I can just set the date the way I wanted it to appear in my post. Grrr, I was not even watch my favorite drama series, my daughter, whom I asked to woke me up fell asleep in the couch as well. I guess we are both so tired. The TV was just on in the living, I was awaken with the loud sound of the TV that's why I was able to wake her up and told her to transfer in the bedroom.

Nostalgia # 4: When He Was Gone

On May 11 marks my father's death anniversary, I am not sure what we are going to do, I may go to the church for prayer service during mass. It has been 23 years since he died and I still could not forget the night he was gone. I so long to visit him at the hospital but they said 9 years old or younger are not allowed in the hospitals.

When my sister arrived from the hospital, she cried. I knew then what happened because even before she arrived, I already have premonitions. I was eating my dinner in a distant relative when suddenly I saw a scene, they were crying so hard and I saw some rushing then all of a sudden I screamed so hard that was the time I called my Dad!

My grand mother came in rushing to the kitchen, she asked me what happened. I could not even say a word to her; I looked at her so distant. I didn’t answer her. All I could utter at that time was my Dad.

During the last mass, when the priest asked us to gather in front of his casket, I saw my sisters crying. When I looked the people at my back, I saw my Dad; he was looking at himself inside the casket. He looked at me so sad, I know he was not ready to leave us yet, I know he wanted to comfort us right at that very moment.

To my Dad, we always missed you, even though how many years had passed that you were gone, we never forget you. Thank you for the care and the love that you showed us, you are always in our heart.

Watery Wednesday # 19: Diving

For a change, we went to another pool the other day; the pool was 7 feet, which was advantage for the kids. So they can at least try, swimming in a 7 feet pool. After their session, the kids played a bit in the water, they said, what they are doing is canon ball, it is like they are diving with pose. I am not sure if I said it right. Here are some of the exhibitions they just did.
