I quite often write about dietary supplements in my blogs. I enjoy learning about what is written about the various types of supplements that are available and their possible benefits and side effects. Some supplements like chromium supplement have been around for a while (the early 60’s), but did you know that chromium appears as number 24 on the periodic table? Well it is. As a dietary supplement it is supposed to help lose weight. As will all dietary supplements, I urge you to learn more about it or ask your doctor before taking them.
