It Was So Funny!

I went out yesterday to grocery shop but then when I arrived at the mall, I learned that one celebrity from Manila will be having a free concert at 6:00 p.m. and since I arrived at 5:30 p.m. I thought to just wait for the concert to start. I was standing at the last line, patiently waiting for Billy Joe Crawford, in the contrary it started at 7:00 p.m. and my knees were already shaking.

They showed first the local singers, local dancers and they have to draw a raffle tickets yet, so that's another one hour plus they also have a contest for look alike Billy Joe Crawford, it was so funny because among the five contestants who were trying to dance and act like Billy Joe, there was one who was really the opposite of Billy, he dances the belly dance and made a split. Of course, he was a gay. But even so, he almost won, because he got a lot of applause from the audience, they have to have a showdown once again with the one who really dances like Billy.

At 8:00 p.m. Billy Joe Crawford showed up, he sang while he danced and entertained the audience, he did not finished yet his second song and I went out from the crowd. Well, I have to grocery shop yet and a glimpse of him is enough for me at all.

20% Discount For My Giveaways

I supposed to buy my giveaways two weeks ago and ordered the rest of it since they had lack of stocks that time, but the sales assistant gave us a hint of their upcoming sale, and I will get 20% off if I would buy the items on Kadayawan.

She would just set aside the items and ordered some of it, so it would be completed on the day it will be available, she will just text me if the items would arrive at the store. Yesterday right after I took the anti-histamine for my allergy, I dozed off like five hours that I didn't notice that already have been texting me on my phone. I woke up around 3:30 p.m. and found out that I had two messages, first was from Clarinda, telling me that she already have been discharge from the hospital and the second one was from the mall, telling me that my giveaways are ready for me to pick up.

So I went there right away and picked up the items. I got the 20% off and you know what? I just paid P1, 678.00 pesos from the 100 pcs. giveaways. I just have to deliver these items to Clarinda on Monday as she promised that she would design those for me. Thank you BFF? Hahahaha!!!

Holding My Patience

I am holding my patience right now and I don't know as to when I can hold it. I am so pissed off!

Early this morning, my sister Irenie woke up my niece to ask her to get a malunggay in the neighborhood an ingredient that have to be put on our breakfast, but she did not wake up, my sister has to call her name several times for her to get up. And when she got up she started to stamp her feet, showed her disagreeable face yet so dragging. Kuya James was already pissed off so he went to bed instead, my niece had to be the one to continue that and the result, the fish was mashed and all that.

I was still holding my patience until 11:30 a.m. I was trying to focus what to write on the offered opportunity with a lot of things around to be fixed. It is Friday and they don't have classes, I was expecting her and Mj to help us doing house chores, Mj was still eating breakfast at that time and since my niece was done eating already, I asked her to turn the TV off yet and start fixing all the things that need to be fix or broom the floor and all that.

She walked out after that and went straight to the bedroom, I was already pissed off when she reacted that way, I mean come on, this is the only day they could help us the house chores, I followed her in the bedroom, and scolded her real hard while hitting her shoulder with my bare hands, ouch! ooppsss! Do you think she was the one who was hurt? The answer is no, it was me who said that, with her shoulder thicker than mine, not to mention that she is taller and bigger than me, my hands were like foam hitting her shoulder.

Well, I just hope what I told her yesterday would instill in her mind, she needs to be responsible of whatever task they are assigned to, so in the future they could handle whatever work they will be given to them. And one more thing, she should respect the elders, she should not answer us in inappropriate manner, that is absolutely won't do good for her.

And I Love You So

"You may have love him longer but that doesn't mean I love him any less"

Mariel and I went out on Saturday to buy some materials for my wedding invitation that until now it is still not done, well I have to finalize yet my entourage and I just got the quotes from Terry whom he made it personally. When we went to the mall, I saw that a local movie entitled And I Love You So by Bea Alonzo, Sam Milby and Derek Ramsay just shown in the cinema, I could not help but to get curious how Derek Ramsay as Oliver died in the movie that left Bea as Lara in this lonely world. Lara was widowed after five months of, married to Oliver, Oliver died in aneurysm, which attacked him on Lara's natal day.

Lara then, had to be strong and will have to look alright in front of her mother-in-law, for her co- teachers and to her sister yet deep inside she is so depressed and frustrated, she tends to keep Oliver in mind and her heart that Oliver is still there, whom she can talk everyday. She cried alone, got drunk alone and have to work hard alone to pay to settle the payment for all their properties. She was already buried with bills and all, that she thought to have their condominium unit for rental, she would just stay with her mother-in-law, who is so happy to have her as her sister-in-law have to go abroad for work.

She suffered in silence, then Chris one day went to her unit to rent it, Lara, whose at that time tends to forget that her unit was already rented with Chris, yet she went there and slept there when she came home late at night. It was already morning that she realizes that the place is not anymore for her to stay. Chris knew that she slept there because he saw her lying in bed when he went home that night; he just let her in bed and went out when the sun rises.

It was a constant meeting and hello's made Chris helped Lara to learn how to be alone, It might be hard but Lara had to learn that her husband is not in this world anymore and she has to let him go otherwise she would be imprisoned by her loneliness forever. Later, Chris learns to not only a friend who is there for her but he learns to love her despite the fact that Lara is not ready yet to forget her husband. Although she knows from the bottom of her heart, that she is already falling in love with Chris.

On the other hand Chris struggles from the story of his past, the past of tears and betrayal, he saw her ex wife in their bedroom together with another man. Lara is his only hope to be happy once again and live life much better than what he had before.

Mini Cook and Waiters

You may have noticed that I haven't been posting any updates here; well I just started putting up my mini restaurant just yesterday. And I was also busy feeding my waiters and my two chefs in my mini restaurant because if I don't they would be run out of energy, and I would lost a lot of coins, if I won't take good care of them.

Some of you may already know what I am talking about here and what is this mini restaurant is all about, well it I am talking definitely about the restaurant city in Facebook. I was as curious about this at first as my niece keeps on playing it in facebook, at first I ignored it. But later on since all the people around the globe is talking about this mania, I can't help but took a peep then had persuaded myself to try it. And yes, I became an addict too, like you and you and you I must admit that I am among those people who are also into this game. Well, I hope to own a restaurant someday and be busy like this mini restaurant I have in facebook.

The Tattooist

I just love You Tube because I will able to watch the movie that I missed in the cinema, well some though, I know to upload movies there prohibits them of doing so, that's why there are only numbers of movie I could watch. I just have to be patience of waiting or searching what is the title codes so I could link with the movie I wanted to watch and fortunately just the other day, when sister Irenie was telling me about the movie she just watch, I was able to open it up on You Tube.

The movie was entitled The Tattooist, and the lead actor, you know who it was? It was Jason Behr, one of the aliens in Roswell, he was a little bit young yet in Roswell and the role that he was put into for the Tattooist had a big difference, and he had grown so much! My sister was not able to notice him right away in the movie, the lead actor in the Roswell who caused her not to sleep in one night because she was so thrilled to finish the season in a DVD.

Anyway, I don't know if you like the crime scenes and how they put the tattoo on their customers, some made a comment that they were doing the impossible way, because you have to stencil it yet before you could really draw a design to which part of the body, the customer would like to have. Well, as I don't know about tattoo and stuff, I don't care at all, I mean I just wanted to watch the whole movie for free, hehehe.

Jason Behr here is the Tattooist, it is his way to make a living, one day he has met a girl that has a tribe believes in tattoo, their tribe is to put a tattoo to their son, the chosen one or chosen brothers. Now if they can't bear the pain and will give up as that, the family will be rejected from the tribe, the family will be ashamed because they were not able to commit the responsibility that has given to them. Jason Behr took the manual tattoo in a cabinet without their permission and that's the start of his flashback and all that. Later he found out that all the customer he had made a tattoo for, had died.

He has to find out what was happening otherwise the girl that he love so much would die as well.

Just Staying Home

I just stayed home today and send Mj to school in the afternoon since she got stomach ache in the morning, I don't know why she had frequently stomach ache nowadays, the teacher asked me though I already have deworming her and I said yes, maybe I would buy her Yakult for her tummy next time.

Moreover, when I went back at home, I was so sleepy again that one nap would circulate my mind to work again, I took two hours nap, great isn't it?

So Sleepy And Tired

It is just a long day today, it is not that I am complaining because my kids were with me but because it is so hot outside, although Faith is extra kulit today in the mall, in the long run I can still managed, I mean that is Mom's job right? To prolong their patience for their kids, especially when they could only go out once in a blue moon, yes I do not let them go out frequently nowadays because of some virus in the air that they could adopt in an instant.

So folks, I really could not take the one hour session here in blogging not even one more minute, I really have to park now, good night fellow bloggers!

I Really Love His Voice

Finally, they have uploaded it to You Tube already, the song during the President Cory Aquino burial, the singer who originally sang the song that I really like; I am referring to no other than Jose Mari Chan.

I really like his voice, in fact I bought a CD of his one album and I always listen to it. It has been a while since I didn't seen him on TV singing my favorite songs, and recently he has been interviewed for the song I Have Fallen In Love With The Same Woman Three Times, in which was originally a poem made by Senator Benigno Aquino to his wife, the poem had became a song in Jose Mari Chan Constant Change Album on 1989.n

Farewell To The Mother Of Democracy

I thought to post here when Jose Mari Chan sang the song "I have fallen in love with the same woman three times" during Mrs. President Cory Aquino burial, but I can't find it yet in You Tube, instead I found Sarah Geronimo sang the song "Magkaisa" as the crowd of people gave their deepest sympathy and accompanying to the Mother of Democracy to her last farewell.

Her death made a big impact to us, I seemed watches the video of Ninoy Aquino's burial on 1983, there were many people in the street, showing the "Laban" sign, there were kids, old one's women, men and mind you, the convoy from Manila Cathedral to Manila Memorial Park lasted for 12 hours. They arrived at the Manila Memorial Park almost at 9:00 p.m. instead of 3:00 p.m. because the streets were jam packed of people, to show their love to Tita Cory.

The video below when they were on their way to Manila Memorial Park.

I Went To Massage Parlor

It has been over a month now that I was not able to get a massage, so since there is no class today, I am free of tutoring Mj for her studies yesterday thus I got the chance to go to a massage parlor and pampering myself with the indulgence massage spa. When I went to their bedroom, I was hesitant to lie over, and tried to check if their Bedding Sets was disinfected, I mean I have to be sure of that, since the H1N1 scare is still scaring my butt off. I asked the attendant if they are changing it regularly or at least disinfected it, I was relieved when the attendant said yes, and well I hope she did not lie to me.

So after the one hour comfortable massage, I went out to pay my bill. I think the attendant was waiting for me give her a money compliment for her work but unfortunately I was not able to give her. Well my money was just enough for the service though, hehehe and Terry was not with me so that maybe explains for not giving her anything. Maybe next time I would if I have extra lol.

Glad To Know

Ever since Mrs. President Cory Aquino's death lasts August 1, 2009 and the media bringing up the past during EDSA Revolution on 1986, I can't help to wonder what was really happen in Martial Law, you see the Martial Law started on September of 1972 and I was born in the year 1977 so during that time was totally a blur to me at all.
,
So I made a research about them Ninoy Aquino, Ferdinand Marcos, Imelda Marcos and Cory Aquino, I was not yet finished reading in Wikepedia when my sister Merlyn arrived and blurted out about the Eskapo movie, it was the great escape of Genny Lopez and Sergio Osmena at Fort Bonifacio camp, the two was detained for no appropriate charges by Marcos, but the newspaper tells that they are connivance to attack or to assassinate Marcos. The father of Lopez who lives already in America were insists on signing a document pertaining that their businesses will be given away to the Government. In which he pursued in exchange for the freedom of his son, but the signs were done and all that, yet his son was still there in Fort Bonifacio and behind bars.

On the other hand, Sergio Osmena persuaded Genny Lopez to escape with him and so they studied the plot of the camp with the help of Genny Lopez son and then freed by a private plane to Hongkong. When I watch the movie online it was indeed very touchy and scared as well, I went ahead to watch the People Power Revolution in 1986 where Cory Aquino, inaugurated in Cebu at one of the church was thirty minutes ahead of Ferdinand Marcos who also had pledge to be the President once again in a snap election, in which they said he cheated.

There were many things I have learned from there, like how the US President became close to the family of Marcos and during that time he went away to Guam because if he is not, he might be killed by mob of people.

Life is indeed a quest, you may never know what happens next, you may have all the power now but it will not be until forever, and soon you would step down and have to transfer the crown to those people who are much deserving.

Or is it because my connection is being DUMBRO again.

Anyway, I have to park now than to wait for another century to load finally a website I would like to view, I will go out anyway. Grrr good luck to dumbro oopss smartbro. GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

The Proposal

Well, I never plan to watch a movie the other day, then suddenly Clarinda blurted out to watch The Proposal, I haven't seen the trailer of the movie yet but since Sandra Bullock is on it, I am sure it is a good movie. And so I was right, it was indeed hilarious and funny just like the Hannah Montana, uhmm nope I guess The Proposal is more funny. Anyway here's the synopsis of the movie.

Margaret Tate (Sandra Bullock) is the executive editor-in-chief of a book publishing company, Colden Books, who forces her assistant Andrew Paxton (Ryan Reynolds) to marry her in order to avoid being deported to Canada. He grudgingly accepts, under the condition that he is promoted to the position of editor. When the government investigates, the two are forced to spend the weekend with his parents in Alaska in order to sell the lie. The family suggest they could marry the same weekend, and they reluctantly accept. They start to fall genuinely in love as they spend more and more time together. Because of this, during the wedding ceremony, Margaret decides she cannot do this to Andrew and confesses the business arrangement in front of everyone--including the immigration officer handling their case. She is then told that she has 24 hours to get back to Canada, and thus goes back to New York to pack her things. Upon doing so, however, Andrew shows up at the office and confesses his love for her in front of the entire office staff, proposing marriage all over again. [D-Man2010]

When high-powered book editor Margaret faces deportation to her native Canada, the quick-thinking exec declares that she's actually engaged to her unsuspecting put-upon assistant Andrew, who she's tormented for years. He agrees to participate in the charade, but with a few conditions of his own. The unlikely couple heads to Alaska to meet his quirky family and the always-in-control city girl finds herself in one comedic fish-out-of-water situation after another. With an impromptu wedding in the works and an immigration official on their tails, Margaret and Andrew reluctantly vow to stick to the plan despite the precarious consequences.
