Body Aches

My whole body aches when I got up this morning, it is because of the Tai Bo yesterday. At first it was fine with me to follow the boxing type aerobics but later on I was grasping my breath at all. It was indeed a good exercise because you have all your body moves and it was good for your heart to do that jog sometimes. Just come to think of it, I don’t usually drink a lot of water but with the session yesterday, I finished two bottles of mineral water just to cool off.

I will do it on Wednesday again, for now I have to prepare to go to my insurances company to pay my contributions. I hope it is not that crowded today so I could go home early, I don’t like to spend much time outside, I need to take a nap because I kept on yawning here.
