Paddle Those Arms, Flatter That Kick!

Today is the first day of our swimming second session, it is supposedly our third session but we did not make it last Saturday for I was too busy with my family and Grace as well.

When we started the lesson, we already forgot some of the techniques from the last lesson and the short I bought was too tight with me now aarrgghhss, Mariel was right whenever Terry is here expect our belly to become bigger, we just love to eat and eat. Swimming I guess would help me somehow.

Even though we can’t perfectly do the stroke that our instructor tried to teach us, we at least know how to bubbles, flatter kick and paddle the arms. Yes, it is that simple but I wonder why we are struggling when the instructor told us to do it. Eh?
